If you’re shopping for a diamond, we’ll talk about the size, shape and budget you have in mind and whether you’re interested in a natural or lab-grown diamond.
Then we’ll prepare a carefully selected range of diamonds for you to see and compare in person.
Looking for Natural or Lab-Grown Diamonds in Chicago?
M. Martin & Co. offers both natural and lab-grown diamonds.
Every diamond we recommend is carefully evaluated by our Graduate Gemologist. We don’t rely solely on what a grading report says. If a diamond doesn’t meet our standards for quality, beauty and value, we won’t recommend it, regardless of the grade on the certificate.
If you’ve already started shopping for diamonds online, that’s okay too.
Send us the specifications or grading report for the diamond you’re considering before you purchase it. We may be able to source comparable options and help you evaluate your choices.
Does M. Martin & Co. Create Custom Engagement Rings?
Yes. Custom jewelry is one of our specialties.
If you’ve found an engagement ring you love online, bring us a photo or send it to us. We can discuss recreating the design or customizing elements such as the diamond, metal, setting or other details to make the ring right for you.
We create rings in white gold, yellow gold, rose gold and platinum and can help you determine which option makes the most sense for your ring.
Can You Redesign Family or Heirloom Jewelry?
Absolutely.
We love helping clients give meaningful jewelry a new life. If you have a diamond or gemstone from a family heirloom or a piece you no longer wear, bring it in and we’ll take a look.
In many cases, we can use the stone to create a new piece that fits your style while preserving its sentimental meaning.
